When your product is doing well everyone wants a taste of your success. Forgeries and knockoffs have been an inseparable part of the technological world for a year now and every successful product comes with dozens of knockoffs and forgeries some more successful than others.
And still, when the original product is so expensive, sometimes it pays to meet the cheaper and a little limited alternatives. The iPad is no different. Apple’s tablet PC already has a lot of forgeries and you might want to get to know them.
Meizu’s MBook
If you don’t know Meizu, you’ve missed the first iPhone knockoffs supplied by that company. The Meizu is a device very similar to the iPad externally but it is equipped with 8.5inch compared to the 9.7inc of the iPad.
In order to make up for the smaller screen the MBook will enable you to enjoy an HDMI port supporting 1080p, a much higher quality than the VGA port of the iPad.
Other than that, the device includes a 1.5GHz processor, wireless internet, 3G and GPS connectivity. The OS is a type of android (located on most knockoffs you’ll find). This great device can be found in stores next year.
