The latest Dell Streak Android 2.1 upgrade has caused havoc on users devices removing more features than its added according to posts on Dell and O2 forums.
Many apps including PC synchronisation, Windows Media Video playback and the Facebook widget are reported casualties of the upgrade process by users.
Other users who did manage a smooth upgrade were still caught out by the need to replace all their data and installed applications.
Its also been reported users that have made backups before the upgrade have also encountered problems and find Dell support unsatisfactory in resolving the issues the upgrade has created.
